Cove Bodywork Policies

Thank you for choosing Cove Bodywork. The following policies are designed to support a calm, respectful, and well‑balanced experience for every client while allowing the practice to run smoothly and sustainably.

Cancellation Policy

To help me manage my schedule thoughtfully and serve all clients fairly, I kindly ask that any appointment cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, as well as missed appointments (no‑shows), will be charged 100% of the service fee.

  • Appointments more than 15 minutes past their scheduled start time will be considered a no‑show.

If you need to cancel or modify your appointment, you may do so using any of the following options:

  • Through appointment notification emails or text messages from Cove Bodywork

  • By calling or texting 952‑465‑1212

  • By emailing covebodywork@gmail.com

  • Through the Contact Us form on the website or booking page

  • Within the Square app

Late Arrival Policy

To honor the time of all clients, sessions will end at the originally scheduled time even if you arrive late. This ensures that the next appointment can begin as planned. The full session fee will still apply.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be considered a no-show and charged accordingly.

Waiver Form

All clients are required to complete and sign a massage and cupping waiver prior to their first session.

Communication

Open communication is essential to creating a safe and supportive experience. You’re welcome to share anything that feels relevant to your comfort, health, or goals at any point. I may check in occasionally to ensure pressure, temperature, and positioning feel right for your body, and you’re always encouraged to speak up if something needs to shift. Your voice is an important part of the process, and I value the clarity it brings to our time together.
