My intention is to provide a safe and inviting space that feels like home. A place where a sense of calm greets you at the front door and the feeling of being seen, heard & truly cared for stays with you as you leave. Conveniently located in Hopkins, just minutes from Minnetonka, Edina, St. Louis Park, Golden Valley, and Minneapolis.
I believe that everyone can benefit greatly from routine massage therapy. Our modern world is loud, bright & busy. We are constantly bombarded by technology, media, the needs of our loved ones, demanding work schedules and much more. Over time these stressors manifest as physical & emotional ailments. Our bodies require intention & self care to repair from this. Taking the time to prioritize self-care is a powerful declaration that you are on your own side, and Cove Bodywork is here to support you in that journey. I am yet to meet a person who is free of any physical and/or emotional pain, which strongly reinforces my belief that massage therapy is beneficial for every body.
